Welcome to the Peanut Club. A club that caters for an audience with a healthy appetite for high caliber acts and the sometimes strange and somewhat bizarre. In fact it’s the only club in Fun City that hosts regular comedy nights. Providing a platform for up and coming - as well as established standup comedians.

The Peanut Club also is the ideal venue for intimate nights of Jazz & Blues in fact any type of music, as long as it’s blinding. Actually come to think of it there will be no hip-hop, rap or dodgy versions of ‘Hotel California’ or 7 minute recitals of ‘Take me to your heart’ - only music that will stimulate you intellectually and aurally (not orally) -

We also welcome movie lovers, amateur thespians, those who a take a sideways glance at life here in the city that never refuses a backhander. If you have an allergy to alternative culture, be warned the Peanut Club will attack your most sensitive nether regions and will have you rolling about on the floor crying for mummy. Please note: we do not provide Mummy’s, the Peanut is not a girly club although the management are hoping to meet some young honeys whilst their boyfriends are guzzling ice cold beer at the bar.
